AVOID THIS HOTEL in Hanoi, Vietnam! It is a SCAM!!

This is a different review than my usual. However, I want to ensure you will have a better experience with accommodation in Hanoi than we did!
First things first: Lots of places in Vietnam have fake reviews. Please know about that, and do not rely on the reviews!
It is the same with the Eliana Signature Hotel in Hanoi. The reviews and photos look great; however, it is far from the reality! The hotel needs a proper website, and they do not blame the third-party company for the inaccurate information.
If we wanted a refund, there was not an option. But we report the hotel to Agoda.
