Yes, it is actually in a quiet area. There are five or six restaurants and a few shops, but if you want to go to the market, you need to take a taxi. It takes approximately 20 minutes.

@@travelwithme013 Thanks it wasn’t great tonight the jacket potato was bland which I was disappointed with and I ordered a prawn biriyani and it was poor I only had a few bites and we had to leave the market as it made me feel quite icky 😢

Very nice. In the morning and evening, you will need a hoodie or jacket, but during the day, it is hot enough to sunbathe. You might even try swimming in the sea. We did it in March.

The room has no window which is very typical for a hotel in Hanoi, the video looks nice and not as bad as your review. I think the hotel has given you a significant upgrade but you don't seem to appreciate it. Let see!
Unfortunately, it wasn't an upgrade. If you listen, you'll know that I mentioned we booked a room with a window and a view. As you can see, neither of the rooms has proper windows, and the view-I can't even comment on that. And we paid much more than we should have!

Having a hard time choosing the swim-out between this and Panan Krabi
I hadn't stayed in Panan, so I can't comment on that. But this is a lovely hotel in a perfect location, and the rooftop swimming pools 🤩 are excellent! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask 😊
