hey happy anniversary you guyys! i hate for you to take this the wrong way, i had a baby almost two years ago, traumatic complications after complications, preeclampsia, hemorrhaging out over 3 bags of blood, postpartum preeclampsia, i can only tell you how long my recovery was but only now am i working out or even thinking about it, i noticed my baby sat high giving me lots of areas that now collect some chub, if you ever do tummy reconstructive workouts i would absolutely love to see it, i find myself weaker than ever and i don’t want to become older by the second (im only 23 lol) but i feeeel my bones creek and body is always hurting, all this to say id love to see workout videos of ab/ uterine/ leg kegel moments, i know its all tmi but you seem to know a lot about working out so i can only imagine the knowledge you have and how to safely start/ workout!

Congrats on your anniversary and those beautiful boys. Ellen your PANDORA bracelet might fit now, with just 3 charms on it; but if you or Fab should choose to add additional charms in the future, you might want to consider the next size larger; so that the length will fit around your wrist as you add charms. [Pandora does have a book obtainable at the jeweller (or online) with their entire current collection.] I know blue/pink baby booties have been available in the past, engagement ring charm, as well as a pram, Ell's birthstone & Fab's birtstone might be charms that would add in the future.

Aww so sweet I got Pandora bract and my hubby got me Mu boys intinals and to mummy Charms for my bdy for boy last year
Can you also do a sit down chat with your gestational diabetes please. I am about to go for testing for it (I’m 32weeks and 2 days today but measuring 39weeks - and baby is huge. He was already 4lb at 28weeks) I have a severe needle phobia and know you do too.
My questions would be - how did you over come your fear to be able to go for the testing initially? How did you feel having to do the blood sugar tests multiple times a day? And what did you have to adjust meal wise (also any meal recommendations)

Coffee snob here! Thoes two coffess are EXCELLENT but for the type of coffee you're making they aren't great, the reason being that you're making an espresso milk drink with some high acidty lightly roasted coffees meaning they wont extract very well and will not taste too nice with cream/milk. I have two suggestions for you!
1) Get a v60 or Aeropress and try brewing these coffees with them (follow james hoffmas v60 recipe) and try them black with no milk - I think they will blow your mind
2)Get a Dark roasted coffee that's not high in acidity (look for less tropical tasting notes) but dark roasted being the most important thing as this will taste much better on the faster extraction time of an espresso. (I recommend Square Mile Red Brick)
3) Bin Ell's coffee! haha

I needed this!!! Thanks for the advice, I’ve been wondering why I can’t extract it very well and it’s tasting sour. I will try it in my aero press this morning :) I noticed that darker roasts extract nicely from the machine but I didn’t put two and two together and realise it was because of the roast, I thought I was doing something wrong in my workflow.
@@fabandell yeah its such a complicated thing and often the people selling the coffee dont know either! The sourness is so odd when youre not expecting it, acidic/fruty coffee with cream reminds me of curdled milk haha.
I deffo recomend buying a v60 and giving that a try without milk as well, grind bigger than you would for expressoo but not by as much as your grinder might suggest.
