You don’t need to clean that kind of Flat Top. It’s all seasoned like a old cast iron Skillet. You just clean it with water while it’s super hot Wipe it clean with paper towels. It took me over 3- years to get my Flat Top all black & seasoned Now it’s non-stick and Absolutely Amazing. Take Cate Cheers 🍻
No way I would take in that much butter in one meal. It may taste good but I’d be too concerned and that butter thing seems to be a trend with several burger joints. I’ll pass
