Just saw your video on painting the dumpsters and I had to laugh 😂 it looked like you got in a UFC fight 😂😂 AWESOME MAN!! I love your raw true self 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Nice paint setup Dave! Im looking to get one of those over the hvlp system for efficiency and no air to put moisture into my paint line. That dumpster I would cut out all that rust and put a new sheet in. If you cover overtop it will just rust through more. You can never weld rust and it must be cut right out
Dave mate, I really like you fella you are a hard working and honest down to earth bloke. Why don’t you run the thinners in the paint line into an empty can instead of blowing it onto the floor. That way you can use it again to clean out the line after you pump the paint in the line into a seperate can to be used later instead of wasting it and polluting the ground. Never spray onto your hand with an airless spray gun as the pressure can penetrate your skin and cause blood poisoning.😮 always wear a full face mask with eye protection too. I have seen some bad accidents with airless spraying not being done correctly. !!! I also watched you grinding off paint and rust without a dust mask!!! That will pollute your lungs badly and can cause lung cancer Dave. Work smart and safely mate as you are a great lad. David …… ex paint shop foreman, Liverpool U.K.
Dave, get u some of those paper suits(w/hood) for when u paint those bins(cans, boxes), u already plan when and how many u will do, protect ur clothes and u can write them off ! Old boots or boot covers, paper suit over ur clothes, plastic gloves for ur hands, knock out painting the bins, peel off the coveralls and ur good to go !! Then write off the expense !!
Hi Dave! Great video. Did you need to sand these prior to painting? I just bought a dumpsters that were hand painted. They vary in colors Red with white lettering, yellow with black and white writing. They were hand-painted. Just looking for a little input if you don’t mind. Thank you
Just seen this hope you made out good, I’m taking a wire wheel now and knocking all the loose stuff off the washing it. I use oil paint covers anything and I never had one Peel

Lol the inside still isn’t fixed. Turned that box hundreds of times, I think it time to fix it!
Dave, no OSHA is not a small town in Wisconsin, yikes . Unless that's concrete and you have a remediation program, I hope so

Ok always have dumpsters that need work if you want to help me on one.
What kinda of paint are you using?
The name is Majic, I bought it from tractor supply. It’s oil base
@@Dumpster_Dave how is it holding up without preparing the dumpster first? I have to paint 6 20 yards and 1 30 yard.
@@Dumpster_Dave do you need to do any prep work?
@@TRBall-dw3uj what did you end up using? and did you do any prep work? hows it holding up?
You should have taken the filter out of the gun first off before running thinner
Wtf are you talking about flashing. Let’s see those runs.
what a boring show
