    I’ve been treated for anemia several times, despite having a good diet and taking a multivitamin but never has my doctor wondered why this is happening and has just treated me with iron tablets. It’s only now that I’ve been doing my own health research that I’m finding this stuff out. We are being failed by our healthcare providers due to a lack of education 😢

    Best explanation I’ve heard with awesome illustrations! I’ve learned something new with how gluten affects the lining of the stomach which produces the acid needed for iron absorption, how gluten and that cause abnormal hormones that causes heavy periods.

    I had cancer at the age of 32. Chemo destroyed some of my red blood cells. I had never been anemic before, i didnt even know what it was. I had trouble getting out of bed one day and i was just “sick” altho I couldn’t tell you what was wrong. Something was definitely wrong, tho. I finally got up and got dressed so we could go to the dr and i almost had a full on panic attack just from looking at the stairs i had to walk down to get to the car. It was one of the strangest things i had ever experienced!

    I'm 57 years old. I have been riding the trauma train caused from doctors ( western doctors) I have been forced to use cause I could not walk from dizziness,2016 almost died claimed septic shock had blood transfusion and was feeling better .im gluten free organic ,drug free and have to beg to get test for my gfr kidney, my anemia and vitamin deficiencies. You are my hero, lifesaver and give me strength to stand strong to these western pharmaceutical drug dealers and claims my insurance will not pay for vitamins that are medically needed

    Some time ago they would not allow me to donate blood, because of my Iron level being too low. So I decided to quit being squeemish about liver, and started consuming it at least twice a month. Also upped egg-intake to at least 2 per day (when not fasting). Had not been refused because of too low Iron again, but once because of too low BP (according to them 😅); this probably since, while fasting, was not replenishing electrolytes sufficiently.

    My b vitamins are well within range, unsure if zinc and copper. My ferritin was 20, after a 3 wk redraw dropped to 15....iorn is 49 (although the VA says I'm in range I thought 60 was the range for women) hemoglobin is 14, mcv, mch within range
    I'm thinking gluten sensitive like you said. Thoughts on parasites (h. Pylori to be exact)

    I keep having low ferritin but doctor says I’m not anemic. Now I am pregnant and ferritin is low but they won’t give me an infusion, only taking iron supplements. I had an infusion before pregnancy and it really helped increase my ferritin and I felt great. I’m wondering if the baby aspirin is not helping things either.

    I just got my levels up from 1 1/2 years ago. My ferritin is still a little low, but at least I'm on my way up. I started pelvic floor exercises with a physical therapist 3 weeks ago. I've been doing my kegels all wrong. The exercises are helping with a leaky bladder.

    • @maricamaas2326
      @maricamaas2326 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Leaky bladder can also be caused simply by too much liquid intake, which results in the anti-diuretic hormone being suppressed. Dry Fasting can be employed to reset the hormone; this in combination with Inclined Bed Therapy helped me to finally sleep through the night without having to get up. Not taking in sugary, refined products, drinking to thirst, and not too close to bedtime also helped. Personally believe that weakened muscles are seldom to blame; first look at hormones (including Insulin, Cortisol and Vit D).

Has for years ..now I know its low iron..recently got diagnosed with it but high hemocrit..just trying to figure this out .I know I am gluten sensitive but that was pretty much out of my diet except on occasion..now its completely out of my diet ..tired of anxiety and shortness of breath . But drs only ever ordered just the cbc until one dr finally ordered more. She still didn’t think anything of it, said to just take iron and that it wouldn’t explain the cause of my symptoms. You can practically sum up all of chemistry into a sentence: "I want to be a Noble Gas". Why? Because whenever you combine two chemical compositions together, the element goes closer to the Noble Gases on the periodic table. Example: if you combine Aluminum with Hydrochloric acid, Aluminum cancels out chlorine and makes pure hydrogen
