I found this band just two weeks ago, and the more I watch them the more I love them. They are incredible! I've been a guitar player since I was 9years old in 1961. I'm now 71 years old and thought I'd heard just about everything, then this comes along. I've spent my life trying to explore music from around the world then this comes along.

I just heard of them from a dude that was in Pearl Harbor about this band. Turns out his older brother is a part of it and I thought it was really cool. Hopefully I can talk with some more about this and become friends.
I am in the Navy and he was in the JMSDF. Pretty neat to see them there and it is fun talking with some to find out that we have similar interests.
You should watch " the hu" too if you love eastern band. i think you will love it 😀🤟
日本のバンド界、いや、世界のバン界にでさえ、今までなかった「新しい音の息吹」という世界を作ったその功績は、後世に語り継がれると思う。60～70年代、世界を席巻したロックバンドと同等くらいの「物凄さ」と言っても過言ではないのでは？本当にすごい。
太鼓から入るなんて、和楽器バンドならではですね！その後のゆう子さんのボーカル力、めっちゃカッケー！🙋😊😊
Even after all these years, I still love Dai Shinnenkai 2018 the most. They're so amazing live but this particular one stands out the most to me.

I certainly would love to go to one of their concerts, but I live in the sticks of Montana and hate crowds. 町屋さんのアレンジ力と山葵さんのドラムがずば抜けている事だと思う。
What is going on in the Japanese music industry in the last ten years that has produced this band, Band Maid and others? Is it in the music schools that have figured out a better way to train youngsters while still retaining passion to perform by the age 20? Is it a mixture of social and cultural things that just "produced" this great stuff sort of out of thin air? Would someone Comment if they know? Regardless great music and musicianship. Cheers and bravo.
