    쫄깃하고 달콤한 초코 커스터드 크림 찹쌀떡을 만들었어요~
    봉긋하고 동그란 모양을 만들기 위해 실리콘 반구 몰드를 사용해 모양을 잡아 굳혔는데 예쁘게 잘 만들어지더라구요~
    찹쌀떡 안에 초코 제누와즈를 넣어 함께 감쌌더니 모양 유지도 잘 되고 크림만 있는 것 보다 맛도 좋은 것 같아요~^^
    남은 제누와즈를 가루로 만들어 찹쌀떡에 연유를 바르고 가루를 묻혀주니 훨씬 더 맛있어서 꼭 연유를 바르고 가루를 묻히는 걸 추천해 드리고 싶어요~~
    냉장실에 굳혔다 먹어도 쫄깃한 식감은 변하지 않고 크림은 차가워져서 더 맛있는 것 같아요~
    냉동실에 얼려서 아이스 찹쌀떡으로 드셔도 좋답니다~

    ▶ Tamanho do molde: cerca de 15 peças de 5 cm
    ▶Materiais
    155g de ovos
    90g de açúcar
    10g de mel
    2g de extrato de baunilha
    30g de manteiga sem sal
    45g de leite
    90g de farinha macia
    15g de cacau em pó
    3 gemas
    40g de açúcar
    Amido de milho 20g
    300g de leite quente
    70g de chocolate amargo.
    150g de farinha de arroz glutinosa
    10g de cacau em pó
    90g de açúcar
    1g de sal
    225g de água quente
    ▶Receita
    1. Coloque uma tigela de ovos em uma panela com água quente, adicione açúcar, mel e extrato de baunilha e mexa até que a temperatura atinja 40 graus.
    2. Bata com uma batedeira até obter uma espuma rica de cor marfim, depois peneire a farinha macia e o cacau em pó e misture.
    3. Despeje um pouco da massa na tigela de manteiga sem sal derretida e leite (temperatura 50-60 graus), misture, coloque a massa principal, misture, despeje em uma forma de 18 cm e limpe as bolhas de ar.
    4. Asse em forno a 170 graus (pré-aquecido por 20 minutos a 180 graus) por cerca de 35 minutos e depois esfrie.
    5. Adicione o açúcar à gema de ovo e misture, adicione o amido de milho e misture, depois adicione o leite quente e o extrato de baunilha e misture.
    6. Leve ao fogo baixo e mexa até engrossar, depois acrescente o chocolate amargo, misture, transfira para outra tigela, cubra com papel filme e deixe esfriar.
    7. Misture a farinha de arroz glutinoso, o cacau em pó, o açúcar e o sal, adicione a água quente, misture para que o pó não grude, tampe e leve ao (micro-ondas) por 1 minuto e 30 segundos.
    8. Misture mais uma vez com uma espátula, leve ao (micro-ondas) por 1 minuto e 30 segundos, misture até ficar pegajoso e esfriar.
    9. Pegue um pequeno pedaço de massa, espalhe-o finamente, coloque-o em uma forma, esprema o creme de leite resfriado e coloque a folha cortada em círculo.
    10. Enrole a massa, corte os grumos e certifique-se de que não há espaços para formar e endurecer na geladeira.
    11. Peneire a folha de bolo restante em pó, aplique leite condensado no topo do bolo de arroz glutinoso e, em seguida, cubra o pó da folha de bolo.
