Alright, let's talk a bit about how to solve the cupholder problem... It's easy. Get front buckets and then add the 99-06 center console. You get 2 additional cupholders up front and then 2 for the back seats. Also, the flip down console/seatbacks are interchangeable front to back - ie, you can add more functionality to the back seat by swapping in a front seat flip down console. My truck has both of these and they work great. As for the 454 - You're right - They suck on fuel. Swap a Cummins in and problem solved.

Also there’s a slide out tray for junk and two that pop out in the back. If you didn’t have the bench you would have more cup holders. Lol

It's a damn shame my Suburban K 2500 has cup holders everywhere I have two K 2500s I have the Detroit Diesel and the 454 the Detroit is surprisingly still going the old man who I bought it from said he had the motor bullet-proofed and I can believe them I turned up the Boost and I've been driving that way for about 4 years
First the cup holder is functional enough if you know how to drive meaning your smooth second the cup holders for keeping your coffee warm in the winter and your beer cold in the summer. The thing I hate most about my Chevy is the stupid independent front suspension got to go I only have a five 7 so my fuel mileage is like better and only an extra cab if you really want to save some money on gas and still keep the power then swap it out before a new 6. 2 is 100 pounds lighter just in the block so there you go

The brakes will work better if they’re adjusted right. You adjust the drums by just a little bit of drag on the drums when spinning by hand.

Use google. Gmt400 gmt800 master cylinder. Only need one adapter for front line and it all bolts in. Takes 20 min tops.
