I think you should consider wearing gloves. Im worried toxins could be seeping from the plastic into your skin.
I have a question about the spure goo. What happens is you put the dried goo back in the acetone? Are you able to reuse the extra clipping from the sprue sheets that you cut off?

Could you find someone who likes painting and do a collaboration with them? Especially if you don't enjoy painting, it would be nice to see what someone who specialises in painting could do with your great models.

To clarify, I meant the above as a suggestion rather than a criticism. His painting is much better than mine, and he has really improved recently.
But he always says he doesn't enjoy painting so seems a great opportunity to see what someone else could do. There is a great video where squidmar and Jazza did this: one made a model and the other painted it. I'd love to see him do something like that.

A 40k Enslaver might be a cool "sprue build", Enslavers mostly just look like a bulbous fleshy ticks with trailing tentacles, roughly twice the size of a human. Only bit that might be hard I could imagine would be the face with the insectoid eyes, but if you want a challenge it might be an option.
I'd think cannibalizing either a Bloatdrone or some other Nurgle monster would do the trick for a face.

I personally would prefer talkies just because it's interesting to hear your thought process. I wonder if inks or contrast paints would work for you, black base coat, zenithal highlight(white from above or light source direction) then inks or other really thin paint gives you lots of easy shading? Love the builds! Have fun 👍
I love your commentary and walkthrough dialogue, one of the main reasons I watch! A non verbal video with all the noises from working would be interesting but I don't know that it should be a regular format. I'll wait and see!
I would much prefer to hear you talk while the video is going, I'm sure most folk enjoy a good waffle if I'm using that right.
I like hearing you talk about what you're doing... It a gooey Bob Ross kinda thing... We all live tough complicated lives and you ground us letting us know fun still exists so I vote for hearing you talk through a video.

I think that builds should have a thought process talk, but if you do changes and a battle report that can be asmr. I just got the notification an hour late, saw the preview stuff at 2PM, had to install a door, but left your stuff running to make sure I could rewatch on different devices.
This build is absolutely fantastic! I love the concept, very unique figure that will look great on the tabletop or as a display piece! Brilliant stuff!!
Sculpt something and then cast it with this sprue stuff.
You might want to try using another colour of wash?
Black makes things look very defined, but sometimes using more complementary colours can work much better.
Black tends to work well on metalics and things that are supposed to look oily, and brown tends to work well on natural things as a rule.
But something like red could have complemented the pink on this one for example
I love the chatting and love the personal perspective on the process. Maybe if you don't like talking over the whole thing, you can have moments with just the sounds? Combination of chat + asmr? I have also seen other youtubers make several versions of the same video: one with chat : one with just music : one with asmr sounds : one speeded up version with high energy music for ppl with short attention spans. No harm in trying a few versions using the same footage, since you've already put work into the hardest part :)
I like the end result of this build a lot. It's very blanchitsu. You should try using a bigger brush. It should help you enjoy painting more as it shouldn't take too long. Your standard brush looks like the kind you would paint eyes and trim with. Try a size 4 round brush.
I would like to see in a future build some sort of single oak shooters last stand diorama
Might i suggest the use of a hot knife when you work with the harder plastic? Especially when you nearly slice your hand open with a box knife, its extremely triggering for one who has had many blade accidents. You can get a hot knife tip for a woodburning tool, which is basically an Exacto blade. The tool heats it up and it glides through harder or thicker plastics that would otherwise be dangerous to force with an ordinary knife. Just lookin out for ya, mate!

I love her! I love all your sprue goo creations. As for the narration v silent video- I really love your voice it’s very sweet and happy. However whatever makes it easier for you is welcome.
Btw when I see you struggle with painting I always notice it’s when you’re using crazy bright colors. You need desaturated colors. Black washes help tone down color which is one reason it makes things look better. You can mix colors with grey or with its opposite on the color wheel to desaturate. Another tip is to use contrast paint- just mix regular paint with water and a drop of soap to make your own. If you use these over a black base with a zenathol highlight you’ll be shocked at how good it’ll look.
Maybe like a sandcrawler or some kind of Jawa vehicle or scene? I feel like they are pretty close to orks in the sense of taking scrap and using it to make new things and such

Have you ever tried to use a cake decorating bag and tips for the goo. It might be easier to spread the goo. And to make different shapes.

You should collaborate with a yt mini painter like MidWinter Minis, you build it, Guy paints it. As a bonus he has Ork and nurgle armies!

you seem to do a black wash on everything i think you should try a dark brown would be much better for rust/flesh/wood etc
