Very similar to the 25 Gas Gas MC350 though the MX34 tires on the KTM are much better than the Maxxis tires on the Gas Gas. Also Brembo brakes on the KTM are a little stronger than the BrakTec brakes on the Gas Gas.
My local shop has a ‘24 fc 350 marked down $3,200..it’s a really tempting deal. My question to you, is the new chassis worth paying the extra money or will I be totally happy with this one. I am just a vet guy like yourself. I currently have a ‘22 tx 300 that I ride for everything, but I want to add this to the collection and keep the tx for the woods. I value your opinion, thank you for your time!
The updated chassis has more bump absorption and compliance on the chop and square edge inputs. The new chassis also has better tire contact patch feel - especially when standing and on the edge of the tires. If you are sensitive rider the updated chassis is noticeable. If not you can save a LOT of money on a 24 model and add a few updates like the 25 engine mounts (I think about $75 for both) and a CUO (about $250). Keep that TX300 - great bike! I always have a 300 smoker and 350 thumper in the garage!
Was going to get a newer 250sxf to replace my yamaha but going to ride/race one more season on it and then get 350sxf with cuo. Do you notice much different engine wise between the 23,24,25? Riding season winding down up north as the ground starting to freeze up. Ruts are an acquired taste lol.
KTM updated the mapping in 2024 and it is so much better than the 23. I think they even tweaked the 25 a little bit too as my new 25 KTM 350XCF Factory Edition runs very clean and smooth.
Great video again 🏁 I have my heart set on a Kx or CRF 250 but all your videos about 350s has got me thinking? 🧐 I will keep my factory edition 450 as my main race bike 🚳 my question with KTM is the new fork set up ? Boy bikes are becoming quite technical with cuo etc what a great advancement time for us dirt riders 🏁
@@mikehudgens7007 The latest AER forks work great for moto - lots of adjustability. I also really like the WP spring cartridge forks that come on the XC/XCF models - those spring forks tend to be less polarizing for riders...wish KTM would put them on the moto models too.
so i took the dog out for his second walk right before dusk and way up ahead i see this red blinking light fly by and disappear in the trees.....im thinking it was a drone?
I bought a 2024 Husqvarna FE 350W…it’s absolutely GLORIOUS!!
Congratulations on your new FE350! 350's are such a great combination of Power/Weight/Handling👍
@ thank you… really enjoy enjoying your videos!

Briarcliff MX is a great place to ride!

Where can I find and buy the graphics?? Love 'em, already got the 350 -25.
My buddy Dave got the cool old school KTM graphics from SKDA. He also installed a white Gas Gas front fender and Gas Gas front number plate.
How does it compare to the GASGAS, any notable differences?
