Hi des, can you please review galaxy watch 4 heart rate accuracy as I am using polar chest strap and getting similar results.
I think new firmware in gw4 has made the heart rate sensor so good

I would think cold plunging from a recovery standpoint is much better than 0.5%. Studies seem to confirm this.
