You an absolute star! I consider myself lucky to have clicked on this tutorial. I was ready to go the long way round by trying to download other Ripping software. Much love to you.
Very useful, better than other vids. I couldn't figure out where files were stored after ripping and there it is in this vid, in the root/music/ folder. Cheers author.
Thanks! I already knew how to rip a CD on Windows 10, but for some reason every song would skip and pop. It was driving me insane. I never thought about changing the audio quality. I've already got 3 CDs ripped, 200 to go.
Thank you so much! You Don't have any idea how many year i am founding this magic. Your are just ossam. For your this amazing trick i can listen my childhood musics. It probably 10 years old cd. Thanks man. Take love from Bangladesh ♥
+SAAMIAM99 It was important to tell that why we just can't copy and paste the audio cd. This is why I need to describe everything before I directly start telling about Ripping an Audio CD. My tutorials all for everyone either he / she is a beginner or advanced user. Anyway, thanks for commenting. I will try to make my next videos short while keeping them informative.
My CDs suddenly do not want to play at all in my laptop (Win 10), I am sure last year was still ok, same Win.10. Can you suggest what the problem may be? My CD drive? It shows on the player that it is playing but there is no sound apart from the "round and round" sound from the cD drive. Teacher, please help! Thanks.
In older CD Drives there was an another wire connected to Motherboard for Sound beside the Power Cable and Data Cable. If the player shows the timing as the song is playing then it could be possible that wire might be loose. You should also check the Volume Mixer and see if the CD Player sound not muted
Hello Teacher, i have audio music cds that i bought. from amazon. when i insert the cd`s on windows media player it shows the album art and artist name etc... but when i rip the cd it says unknown artist with no name of the tracks. can you please help me with this problem.?
+mrchathead Media information is automatically fetched when your RIP the CD most of the times. But this is not always the case because sometimes Media Information may be incorrect or missing completely. So this is why you are not seeing artist name and album art. However, you can do one thing and that is right-click on Ripped MP3 or WMA file inside the Windows Media Playlist and then click Find Album, and Media Player will try to fetch latest information from the Internet. See if this works for you. (Maybe you will require to type at least the Song or Album name).
This method will allow me to change the track 1 with a valid song title. However, when transferring the converted mp3 file to my android phone, the titles revert back to track 1, etc. Suggestions?
You can use Nero or any other CD Burning App which can help you to write an Audio CD. Just add your MP3 / Wav / WMA file types in that mode and it will automatically create an Audio CD.
Heaps of thanks. It did help me to convert my favourite song from CD to MP3. I saved it in my mob. I can change any song I like from my CD to MP3 now. This is great! Thanks again. I subscribed this.
Your vdo clip comes at the right time, i hv been trying hard and wanted to ripped some songs from my own audio CD , the first part of this vdo shown the proceduce that i hd done last night, at least 2 hrs i hv been trying , it seem i hv ripped those songs i wanted, but then, when i click on HOME, and on the playlist, the songs was not playable, - it shows :- window can't open this file , da da da... i was very upset, the time wasted, and it turned out just disappoiment ; a few time i tried and tried the result was the same. GREAT that TH-cam brings your tutorial vdo today, i know now , what and where the mistakes lied. Will try it again, when time allows. Can you show , how to use VLC to rip songs/music from audio CDs . My APPRECIATION and BIG THANKS.❤👍 FYI, i am an ordinary guy, to use internet, i learn it myself, -(using my hp and Lp.) Your explaination are clear and good. Thank you.
What kind of Audio CD you have? An Audio CD has the capacity of only 80 Minutes and therefore it can consist only an average of 15 to 18 songs (5 mins. each) maximum.
It is not about how many tracks could be inside a CD. It is about the timing and i.e. 80 mins. There could be 1 track of 80 mins or there could be 80 tracks of 1 min. each. Depends on the tracks length. Anyway, in Windows 10 - Windows Media Player can rip unlimited numbers of tracks inside a CD. Just to check, I burn an Audio CD with 32 small tracks and then Rip it inside Windows Media Player and I can select all or particulars tracks. Which Version of Windows and Windows Media Player you are using? In Windows 10 - Windows Media Player version is 12.0.14393.0.
Hi! I literally just had the same problem. To fix this, delete the ripped albums in your WMP (windows media player) and select "from library only". Don't worry, you'll still have the ripped .mp3s in your "Music" folder. Hope this helped, just found this out on my own :)
It automatically saves that sound file I think in WMA format which already is a data file like MP3. But that format is not supported everywhere. So you can use Format Factory kind of software to convert that file into MP3.
I have up dated my PC with Windows 10 and now when I put a CD or DVD in the slot ;it doesn't open or play. I used to click on computer and then click on the cd/dvd drive...now I can't even find that
+Maddy Fischer I didn't find any one particular reason that can cause this issue. in my media player there is no RIP CD options ? then how can i create a RIP CD. please give me idea .
Which version of Windows you are currently using?
there should be on the default WINDOWS (10) if u use appel there might not be
Can we still listen to those songs with the CD after we ripped the songs inside?
+CHIU KING LUN of course. That is not going to permanent rip the songs from CD. It will just convert the tracks to mp3
It just copies the songs whilst the original songs on the CD remains on the CD.
