Campaign idea, Paratrooper only game, can start with normal rifle squads but immediately switch to airborne rifles and other crew served weapons, only allowed to capture trucks and light weapons and no tanks

make sure you keep an eye on the enemy types that you kill. you killed some AT troops and squadleaders on the first point and their nades and rifles wouldve been massive to grab 😼
Cool idea... here's another idea, single call-in stage, any troop type or vehicles, your choice. And only use recon plane, no bombers, no arty or motar barrage.
@SirJellyBean thing to remember, Is the AI army is a percentage of your army strength (number value top left of screen between battles). Through my testing, I haven't been able to figure out the actual %. I am playing on hard mode, not hard-core. AI motars are way too accurate on hard-core for my liking..
Would really like to see a Finland conquest from you that tried to make realistic units! Like this playthrough, it would basically mean lots of reservist squads and very lacking anti-tank or support fires capabilities.
@@SirJellyBean I tried it myself once, I ended up using massed mines and defense in depth. It was very funny at times, the kill screen fillng up with death by explosion before I even saw a single enemy.
I like to play full realistic by playing an infatry division, which means i have only infatry mortar anti tank gun howitzer ifantry gun hmg, and i play by platoon so like one platoon is 4 regula infantry squad 1 officer 1 or 2 medics and at dethatchment, i would like to try in the future like the luftwafen path. Non the less i tresting video
To hijack this comment my favorite historical organization is the US army Rangers. Where the platoon consists of two infantry squads and one special weapons (2 bazookas & 1 60mm mortar).
@@SirJellyBean yep also you really need to play other games, I noticed that your channel's subs growth isn't going well so I would say that you have to try out other games (I saw you play the terminator games and those 2 vids got 500 and 1.1k views) and do some collabs with other youtubers (just helping you grow your channel)
i think its an important tidbit that as "prisoner and criminal" units that meant as defined by the German law at the time. This is sometimes forgotten about and the aspect that in nazi Germany the laws created were so obscure, like how anyone who spoke ill of the party was considered a criminal act, and the more obvious laws where anyone determined to be unfit for the German society including Jewish people, homosexuals, gypsys, mentally ill, drunks, non Aryan, unemployed, impoverished, and basically anyone they wanted on a whim were considered criminals and imprisoned or sent to these battalions. Its easy to think most of these soldiers were just murderers and rapists and criminals like how we consider criminals in modern times but thats not exactly the case here.

Mostly just anxious trying to start; like, will ppl even be interested? or can I even be entertaining? ha ha. But funny enough, yeah Im honestly thinking of trying to make ostrfront content in the next few days hopefully 😅
