I assembled circuit boards when I was in my teens. I was taught to place power resistors off of the circuit board. That is, leave some space between the circuit board and the power resistor to allow for air flow, which helps cool the resistors. Just a friendly FYI and thanks for this great video.
What is that relay attached to the housing cover? I’m having an unusual issue with my 89. When I turn on the ignition, there is an intermittent clicking sound that appears to be coming from this area when the HVAC is off. Turning on the HVAC makes the clicking stop. Any ideas?
So I've rebuilt my programmer, but the blend door motor only goes one way. I only get motor voltage at full hot and full cold. If I send parts to you, do you want all three, controller, programmer, and blend motor?
As of May 2020, we only rebuild what customers send to us. Programmer rebuilds are $99.95 plus return shipping, parts and labor and a one year warranty.

where is this part located in the car
under the dash, above the gas pedal.
Do you sell these or only rebuild what is sent to you? If yes what is the price?
