Hello friends! In this video I will be setting up my reading journal! This is my first having a reading journal! I am so excited to be setting up my reading journal as I have been wanting to do this for a while now and I finally got all of my supplies in and was able to sit down and film! I looked at a ton of inspiration photos on Pinterest and based my spread sheets in this video on the some photos I liked on Pinterest. I think keeping a reading journal is a great way to reflect on all the amazing books we read throughout the year and its also such a cozy hobby to do as we listen to an audiobook or maybe have a movie playing, etc.. I will have most of the supplies information I used down below + where I purchased my stickers from on Etsy! I would love to know, do you keep a reading journal? If so, do you use it often? Your art style is just 😍😩 haha I love it I have one journal that’s a bunch of different things in one! Reading journal, weekly planner, study journal, brain dumps, and just random things I want to write down. I like to be able to look back to one journal and see everything I was doing and thinking during that time. (one journal lasts me about 6 months) I love your reminders pages, I think I’ll add some of those to my journal as well! I’ve never been asked “why do you like reading” so thinking about it now and thinking of my reasons i feel a sense of clarity and like new found joy in one of my favorite hobbies 🖤✨
I have a journal like that! It’s a random journal where I keep everything! I still use it but lately I’ve been separating things by different journals. I got a planner now, and of course now the reading book journal, I have a journal for writing, etc… I’m trying to be a little more organized so I can plan things with clarity but sometimes grabbing my junk journal is my go to 😅 I loved the idea of the reminders! I think when I find myself uninspired or on a reading slump, it would be great to flip to it and remind myself why I read ☺️ thank you for watching, Gloria! 🫶🏼
