Found you through the tubebuddy forum, I think your English is fine - in my experience the only people complaining are other non native speakers. If you work with a script (I would guess so if not you are exceptionally gifted) you can for one rehearse it a couple of times (especially for finding the words that are more difficult and train them) and don't record it all at once but in several steps so you don't have the parts where you repeat or missspell in the video. (curing them out is also a option but audio edit sucks) I recommend you get the creator studio app for you smartphone and activate notification for all comments because one of the perks of being a small creator and watching is being actually able to converse with each other which is about impossible with major creators.
