I lived in Arvada from 2020-2022, as I told you and I loved it. Great old town area, tons of awesome breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants, and I lived by Lake Arbor park and it’s great for outdoor activities in the summer.

I think I commented on one of your other videos. I was the one who was torn between Littleton and Erie. Well, we found a house in the new GEOS neighborhood and we are so excited! We can’t wait for our house to be done in July.

Nice town …super expensive like all Denver and cities around ….Lately lot of homeless from downtown and is not secure anymore…they get in my car few times and other people in the complex….lately this state is not longer a nice place to live
