Myford ML7 - Headstock Bearings Oiler Strip Clean and Service

Another simple job I've been putting off for way too long.
These oilers are either fully on and flooding the lathe with oil or are off when needed, but when needed to be off they drip oil...

Great explanation. As a retired clockmaker, I am looking for a Myford. I have always worked with heavy lathes, but now that it has become a hobby I want to switch back to a smaller model. Actually, I have always been in love with a Myford. Just solid and English. greetings from Rotterdam.

I think Myford and Boxford are in the same league for smaller lathes, the VFD and three phase motor on the Myford has been a game changer, gives a lot more control.
