أخيرا بعد خمسين سنة من بناء عشواءيات عل الساحل الشمالى و الشرقى لاصحاب الملاين بلد كاملة الناس كلها بكل طبقتها تعيش فيها 12 شهر في السنة وتكبر شوية شوية بغير حدود وعلى حسب الاحتياج
ميناء سكة حديد مترو مستشفيات مدارس تحلية مياة صرف صحى سليم ملاعب نوادى بلد متكملة ذي باقية العلم المتمدن مبروك

It is built too meticulously. Looks like an android town. People won't want to move there. IT doesn't seem like an organic looking town. People like cities that have a bit of a old romantic vibe to it. This one is very robotic looking.

Not at all. I've been going to the north coast for more than 20 years. It's absolutely one of the most beautiful areas in Egypt. New alamein city is situated in a perfect location and the city is built to very high standards as i'm currently seeing its construction process. Situated on the beautiful mediterranean sea with it's creamy white sand, trust me this place is a vibe.
