    Cheap riding mowers don`t last long because of the thin mower decks, but the motors last a long time, so converting them to fun riding machines is a great idea!

    Purchased this to replace a guide pulley th-cam.com/users/postUgkxO9seYZjlnuP5UvMkb7osQW3WxPVeSnPk on our John Deere x304 snowblower. As I stated in the title, it is just about perfect. The stock pulley has a spacer at the bottom. I used four washers to emulate said spacer, and it works perfectly now. Great product, and great price especially if compared to typical JD prices.

      @@chud327 ha ha i caught it! i saw lil Junior flip that gov. coming in the driveway lol nothing but fun, nothing but fun i also live in the deep South, im in SC and watching this brings back so many memories of my childhood riding go karts, 4 wheelers, 3 wheelers, mopeds etc.but this is a new kind of fun, and something you can do with everybody, (family friends), man i remember me and a buddy of mine we used work at this campground on the beach and we use to take the John deere gators in our leisure time to scour the camp ground for misc. you know (tv's, grills, radios, etc etc.) and sometimes they would tell us to check the storage yard, man that storage was massive! there was a road about 3/4 mile long a straight road at that... perfect dirt drag! and we would take them gators and cut loose with them, i pass him up then he'd pass me up, we had dirt and dust kicking up and flying everywhere we race them gators most of that summer of '99 chud until one day our supervisor pulled up on us.. some employees ratted us out of jealousy, and they banned us from the storage yd.after that so whenever i watch videos like this it just takes me back to those days, and not to mention hopefully one day soon in the future, as im thinking bout taking the deck off of my 2007 Troy built super bronco w/19.5 hp Kohler "courage" and go this route with her it's easier and cheaper plus i keep me about 1 ft. of chord in my pocket like i used to back in the day riding in them gators lol.

    dude i have 12,5 hp briggs and stratton engine on mine many things are wrong with it do you know any sulotiouns to the questions below. 1. it goes forward when the shifter is in neutral and the first speed backwards is neutral. 2. steeringwheel only turns about half a lap to the left and doesnt steer very far but is correctly on the other side. 3. is it even worth to make a quick build or does it have to little horsepower? 4. brakes started to litteraly burn on the first drive after many hours in the garage. 5. it only sound good in middle rpm at low it dies and at high it sputters and spits doenst run correctly. 6. cant start it with key but with another battery on the starter. 7. its a rusy boiii. Now it would make my day if you could help me solve any of theese problems above.

    • @chud327
      @chud327  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      1 sounds like the shifter needs adjusted. 2. I would jack it up and turn it back an forth to see if I see any issues. 3. Don't have to have a bunch of ho for speed, I did 10 mph with a 5 horse pressure washing engine. 4. I don't have brakes on most parts f mine. 5. Maybe carb need cleaning, weak fuel pump or stopped up or kinked fuel line. 6. Wiring, key switch or solenoid. 7. I have a rusty one, I clear coated it like a rat rod. I hope some of these are correct and help out. Thanks for watching!!
