Nice tutorial videos in this CentOS 8 Server w/GUI series. I have CentOS 8 Server w/GUI installed on an older laptop and have been a fan of CentOS for many years. I once taught Linux at the college level starting with CentOS 5 and ending with CentOS 7. CentOS 8 Server w/GUI is a very nice distro based on the Enterprise-Level of Red Hat Linux. Red Hat headquarters is about 4 hours from my home in NC.
Great series I really enjoy it. However, it would be nice to mention why when you install software using a command line and see a confirmation prompt one of the options (Default one) usually given as a capital letter and how to make use of it.
If I have 1 dedicated server, and I create a new cpanel. I had a developer trying to run sudo command but couldn’t. Is there not a way to install packages just on the 1 new partition cpanel ? Or do I have to install all packages on my root login which will be accessible to all cpanel I create on my dedicated server?

I try to search for pachages like neofetch and steam and I get "Package not found" message. How can I fix this?
Those aren't available in Red Hat Enterprise Linux / CentOS / Rocky Linux's repositories.
