I'm afraid you're right Kenneth. Some look like they've been ridden in and parked straight on the sales floor with zero checks or cleaning. For balance, there were some immaculate bikes there. Thanks for watching
Wow that bike at the end was a shock 🤣how on earth does he get away with that ? nice luggage especially liked the topbox I think that's about all I would want although those panniers being only the width of the bars are pretty good "until expanded " .I think the Superbike factory is a quick turnover kind of place no fuss no frills pays yer money and takes yer chance .😊Nice one guy's 👌👍
Flat out Kawasaki with an open exhaust. My guess is that he will eventually draw attention from law enforcement. Yes the Superbike Factory had some nice bikes and some I wouldn't touch! Hopefully the panniers will be good on the MT10. Still waiting for them to arrive in the country
I had a message from TH-cam on this vid that there had been issues with notifications and comments. Haven't got a vid for this week but currently in the queue for the Stafford Classic bike show
That Shad luggage looked very impressive. I have both Krauser and Honda hard luggage from the 80's and they all release quickly and turn into hand luggage, of course the Deauville comes ready fitted but you can't remove them. Looked a great do that did. At 15:35, when a festival was on last year, a car surprised me there by pulling across in front of me to do a 5 point turn! Took another 3 hours to get to the M1! Thank you for sharing that one. Ride safe and happy.
I'm hoping that Shad luggage is good now we've ordered it. We enjoyed the Bennetts do (I also won the raffle and got a hoodie & hats). The two Bennetts guys were great to chat to, and they both do some great vids on their channel. It's nuts around there when the music festival is on!
I have had the Shad system for 4 years now, love it! The expendable top box if fantastic! Id love to see how you get on with the new expandable panniers!
Great video, cakes, coffee and bikes. You really can not ask for much more. The luggage looked interesting and hope it suits your needs. Thank you for sharing.
Cakes, coffee and bikes does it for me. We didn't waste much time getting to the cake! Hopefully the luggage will stop our stuff getting nicked on tour. Will report back when it arrives. Thanks for watching
Apart from tank range, it will be a brilliant sports touring machine. 🤣🤣 The lad was on it at the end. I could still hear his exhaust through Carol's comms for ages
I've got the Shad expandable top box . I've travelled to Scotland and Wales in some torrential rain and they are completely waterproof and the inner bags make life easy .Didn't know till now they are doing expandable panniers as well . Time for an upgrade I think 7:23
Great event. Lots of bikes and that is what we like. I have the Shad panniers and they are just great. I see that these new once are also expandable and that is a cool feature. I wonder "how waterproof" they are, just like Richard commented. Will see. Got my like. Nice video. Cheers.
Hi Gregor. We are hoping they will be fully waterproof. We will definitely be doing a full fitting and review video. If there are any problems, we have the main man a Shad UK's contract details as he was the guy in the video
I have Shad hard luggage and have found it very sturdy and good quality. Just watch the weight capacity for the subframe on your bikes as I had an issue with bolts going loose on my Kawasaki Z1000SX. So I now prefer to use the Kawasaki panniers. You'll need new Noob stickers for your new luggage! Unfortunately Bennetts insurance quotes very high prices where I live. I think they don't want the risk of London... I dropped Ormsmoto a subscription. Thanks for showing us around the cafe and store.
The Kawasaki panniers are good and fit neatly. Had them on my Versys. There wasn't an option for hard luggage when I bought my MT10, so hopefully, these expandable ones will do the trick. As for overloading, it's easily done, but as I never carry a pillion, I'm hoping the bikes subframe is up to it. Talking of stickers. Hope mine is still attached to that phone box!
F6C is a stripped down Goldwing, Flat 6 Cylinder 1832cc boxer engine. Called the Valkyrie in the USA, it was the second generation of the bike only made in 2014 and 2015. Mine’s red.
Hi Good video, Those cases look very good indeed, never seen expandable hard cases before. I think hard cases are a must for touring as can leave the bike knowing all is locked and secure as it can be. I know they are not cheap but last a long time and make life so much easier.
That luggage looks interesting, looking forward to your review video. Would echo your comments about Completely Motorbikes in Hinckley, me and my lad were in there Thursday on our way to the triumph cafe investigating his next bike and the stock there is clean and well looked after and the customer service was excellent unlike SuperBike Factory which quite frankly was pretty poor on both counts when we visited previously
We are hoping to do a video from Completely Motorbikes. All any of us want is a bit of decent customer service. Let's hope Shad give us decent service and our luggage turns up in plenty of time for our trip. Thanks for watching the vid.
I didn't know that. Love it when I learn something new in the comments section. Appreciate the edit comment as I think you definitely have skills in that department. Cheers, thanks for watching and take care
@@Banditmanuk yes i love the minimalist carrier frame when their not on the bike. the mt 10 will test the panniers ability to stay on during rapid acceleration 👍😅
heard about that place but not been . really like the luggage you have ordered .good quality make and very clever design . nothing changes with the speed demons near the end ,at least they gave you a wide berth .
I could see them coming in my mirrors. We just let them get on with it. Hopefully those hard panniers will keep our stuff more secure and dry while on tour.
Ooh, we do like a good church shot 👍 So you're keeping the mt10 then? Good choice 👍 And I was so glad to see you found the cakes really quickly😂😂😂 Agree with the tell tell signs on a bike theory. Looks like that one had been given a hard life. Although, that one that passed you at the end seems to have a harder one😂
I just haven't found anything I like more than my MT10. If I can make it more useful, then even better. I'm wondering how many miles I can put on it and it still remain reliable?? Definitely some less good machines at the Superbike Factory. As they just appear to put the bikes up for sale as they receive then, an immaculate bike has probably been looked after by the former keeper. That guy at the end must have been in a rush and also deaf 🫨
Well I guess if they are "we buy any bike" They also sell any bike. Honestly, there were some nice bikes in there, but there were also some sheds. Thanks for watching

the service at Donnington Superbikes is poor at the moment. Shocking actually if you turn up to view a bike.. You cant touch or sit on bikes without a customer service person getting the bike out and ready for you, which is fair enough, BUT, when there are no staff its a pointless exercise and really frustrating. I was there 12/04 to specifically look at Adventure bike like Tiger and Honda, I needed specifically to check heights, bike equipment etc. I was there over an hr, found one bloke working the phones, 2 staff working the bike stuff desk and couldn't get anyone to help with the 2 bikes I was interested in. I left again frustrated and fed up still not knowing if I can fit on either make of bike. Even the canteen was short of staff and they stopped serving the menu... Bad day for what is normally a nice ride and coffee.
There was a sign looking for staff, I understand why. Sounds like pretty awful service. We didn't see many staff when we were there and I'm sure all the don't touch without a staff member signs are new. Have you tried Completely Motorbikes? They are in Hinckley, not far from the Triumph Factory. Loads of stock, and you can still get a great coffee at the cafe at Triumph. Yours, unfortunately, isn't the first poor experience report I've heard. Hope you find what suits you
I think they are the biggest buyer and seller of used motorcycles in the county. "We buy any bike" It must mean we sell any bike. Honestly, we did also see many nice bikes on show. I guess taking care when buying is key.
I bought my blade from them, 07 plate with 5k miles on it, mint example. Great service too. Always going to get some crap ones but you just have to search to find the good ones.
Interesting you say that. I tried them on my immaculate Velocity moto LC900. They offered £5500.00. The same week a private guy came and looked who gave me £7500. The Superbike Factory and we buy any bike .com are the same company.
There were some decent looking bikes, but we certainly saw ones we wouldn't buy. You could take a look at Completely Motorbikes in Hinckley, they do all the brands and have a massive choice. Thanks for watching our video
I totally agree with one of the comments about the quality of the bikes for sale in the superbike factory, some haven't even been cleaned 🙂🇬🇧👍🏍

Shad panniers do look the business.
Super Bike Factories attention to detail and the £199 buyers premium does put me off buying from them.

Clever boxes them, mine's the MT10 tourer version so comes with panniers but I can tell you will be able to have far more costume changes than I :)
They do look clever. I should be able to get an extra pair of underpants packed.

Superbike factory is high on my hitlist to visit. They have one in Bristol. Those shads will come in handy for your travels. Cheers🎉
Yep, we're looking for to having luggage where its more difficult to nick our stuff off the bikes on tour.
In my experience the more luggage you have the more you fill, when you’re restricted it makes you think and only take the necessities,
I do agree but we only have soft luggage at the moment which is very vulnerable to theft. It's more about security than capacity.
