I was the guy who called in to the team 1200 show when Garry Galley was the co host. They were were asking callers for a name for the line and I suggested "The Pizza Line" and Galley loved it. I ended up winning the caller of the day and took home a McGiver dvd lol. That's my claim to fame.
@@colin22arruda Actually. It was the drive home show. I was on Merivale near the Mall when I called in. I diidn't think much of it until everyone on the radio started using the name.
Ian has been lobbying for this for years and it turned out so lame. A ceremonial faceoff and it got overshadowed by country music night. The fans don't know them as people, we only know the players. Time does not heal all wounds. Never forgive, never forget. And we still never got an explanation as to why he demanded a trade and vetoed the one provided. I did laugh at the hypocrisy of the crowd. Cheering heatley and then booing dabrincat. Go Sens Go
Instead of country music night, pizza night. Give away free slices to everyone. Instead just a faceoff and one video tribute several key moments shown throughout the night. Have the current team reflect on the highlights. Have players from those years talk about them. Not just sens but opponents. Anything would have been better than a faceoff and then completely ignoring them in favour of country music
If I was a sens fan I would of been pissed at Heatleys decision to be traded. But no one really knows the reason behind it. He clearly loved his time in Ottawa and was amazing for them at the time. Time to move on and forgive

Actually?
If that's true, I feel bad that probably nobody believes you lol. Maybe you can get the guys to pull the clip from the archives for you.
@@brandynmb9890 It's true and if anyone doesn't believe it then that's their choice. I know how it happened.

Thanks for the picture of me and Spezza,
Four all stars in a room together = guaranteed solid content. Love it
Thank you, Gentlemen!
Richer having watched that line play so well together. They were so dominant
Thanks for all those slices boys

Hello
Ian has been lobbying for this for years and it turned out so lame. A ceremonial faceoff and it got overshadowed by country music night. The fans don't know them as people, we only know the players. Time does not heal all wounds. Never forgive, never forget. And we still never got an explanation as to why he demanded a trade and vetoed the one provided.

Go Sens Go
Debrincat did nothing for the sens. Heater scored 50 goals. I loved it
If you were to plan it all, what would you have liked to have happen?
