Good vid. I like the timing of the pop and step-off tip. How it’s different than a no-comply frontside won A.D. where you pop at the same time. Thank you. I’ve been working on the 180 version. Every once in awhile I get it but hopefully deez steezy tips will get me more consistent. Yyyyyyyou!!!!
yo bro i love your tutorials, came in super clutch for me when i was learning kickflips and tre flips. do you think we could get some nose/tail slide, crook, 50 grind and other such rail/ledge trick tutorials? others have done them ofc but yours are the best
Think of it as if you’re creating pressure with your front foot, and the second you step off is the second the resistance is let loose and your board immediately snaps. It’s like you’re already pressing down on your tail before you pop, but your front foot is creating the resistance.
Maybe now I know what I do wrong. I pop it too late. The rest of the trick is easy, sometimes it works. But I tried it so many times and it is still sloppy haha. Next time I am going to skate (thats the biggest problem at 33 year old), I will figure it out finally. Frontside ones are much easier for me
The rear foot placement helped me! Thankyou
such a steezy trick 🔥
The take away portion is so great
The best turtoriala Tom ❤
Thank you! 🥂
Dood I love these videos ..keep pumping out this content.
I remember these old school tricks way back in the day with Ray Barbee. He was so good in Public Domain. Thanks for bringing this all back, Tom! 😉
Of course Chris! I know Ray and he is absolutely the best. A legend and much more.
Ray's part in that is honestly my main inspiration as a skater. I was born in 2000 so I had history to catch up on.
What's up tom, i've seen a lotta your shorts come up on my feed and gotta say, you're awesome. thanks for all the help brotha 🤙🏼
What's up Matthew, thanks for taking the time to say this! It means a lot 👊

Hey Tom can you please make grind tutorials?
I'll get there!
@@toms_tutorials Thank you Sensei 🙏🏼
Always wanted to learn this trick but couldn't figure out how to make the tail pop without actually doing an ollie.

@@toms_tutorials Whenever I try that, as soon as I take the front foot off, the tail snaps down and is pinned under my foot
Any pointers for getting the front foot on. I can’t get it on until the rotation is done then it looks terrible!!!!
Inward heel please!!!
can u do normal bs 360s?
I need to perfect my backside 360s before I can teach them lol. Frontside though!? 🤔
