That’s just stuff you see in the movies….I the jungle it works however it’s a good way to have venomous snake fall on hog too. Here, all the brush is too thick and woody. You need saws or gardening snips. You can just walk through waving a machete left and right to blaze a trail here. I leads that when I was a little boy trying to do that.

Jim & ted dont know the other campers with you the guy with the grey beard looks almost like that person who builds log cabins talking about cabins how about making a hunt for lake cabins some of these people owning the lake cabins got some good hospitality i love especially when they left you what you need and what you dont have that is totally interesting to watch,if it is possible maybe in the near future Godwilling i would like to see most canoe campers camping with you would be nice to see lonewolf 902,lostlakes,outdoor boys,sam wallis & crazy neighbor,bloke from the woods & his partner maybe teaming up with keefer brothers for their hunting skills etcetera it would be an epic camping show imagen if you make it a live stream show how many people will stream just to see there favourite campers all together .

Thought I would check this out but turns out its Not "Northern Ontario" its almost northern Ontario. Temagami is where people from Northern Ontario go for a break from winter. All those business's are called "NearNorth" for a reason. Its the north to someone from Toronto I suppose.Its a good video but come on, go to the real north (where we are still snowmobiling and some ice fishing on May 5) and do this if you really want remote northern Ontario. Try Nakina or Pickle lake or Lake Nipigon where there is no Starbucks or Mcdonalds.
Well, that’s actually not true. Temagami region is north of the French River which makes it Northern Ontario. The area they call near North is around Parry sound which is still south of the French River but not by much. Anyways, as Simone who’s spent time in Moosonee and has done a couple trips to James Bay as well as spent time north of Lake Superior, I see your point. Temagami is further north than Sudbury though which is definitely considered Northern, ON so the title of the video is accurate…for example, calling it southern Ontario would be inaccurate.
U know what? They r still in cold conditions....north is north if it's not Windsor...I 'm from Winnipeg, lived in Windsor most of my life and am ecstatic to be living west of Algonquin park's northwestern arm at Round Lake!

Haha, it was challenging for sure. The travel conditions can very a lot out there and we never really had easy travel conditions until the last day
