i know the quality of the sound of the Sennheiser MKE600 and i wonder what you did :D Where is all the crispyness and seperation from the environment... this mic can be used better ;)
Awkward? LOL, it's standard practice. It helps spice up the visuals, it helps illustrate the context, it helps control the pace of the interview (giving breaks for the viewer stop and process what he just heard before), and it stops it being just a static talking head interview.
Great work!! Now all I need is about $15,000.00 worth of equipment like you? Maybe you want to mention that first! But nice trailer though. “How to make a Netflix interview for just under $20,000” Should be the title!!😊
Interview shots & drone shots great. Storytelling terrible...no tension...I didnt feel anything, .keep up the good work guys but some more eye on the narrative.
@@tjorvijons thanks for replying, really. I have a personal vid I’m doing about a terrible position I was put in and shot an intro which really hit the spot but now I’m battling for the setup of the long video.
Netflix isn’t a “style” or aesthetic. The look and tone of whatever you are shooting is dependent upon the director’s vision, and the cinematographer’s execution. There are upwards of 100 different factors that play a part in the look. There is no standard “Netflix style”. The general explanation here, and the process is great. But the title is just silly.
I made a video about how I edited this trailer! If you want to check it out - th-cam.com/video/qI2D9Rq38jU/w-d-xo.html - feel free
Just a pretty good combination of few tools and equipment + be focus on the main idea. Excellent advice. Thanks!

Can I use a phone with a camera lens for Netflix?
Mmm no it's not possible to use a phone with a camera lens.

Ngl, my brain can't wrap the dolly zoom in the beginning lmao
haha what
the beginning dolly zoom you did, i can't wrap my head around how you did it@@tjorvijons
Step 1: be rich
Haha! It's the same with cheaper cameras :)
Sure bruv😂
Step 2: remember to be rich 😅
Victim mindset my friend. Claim your power as an artist or someone else will.
That’s such a negative mindset. Never before was high quality equipment (an software) that affordable. There is no reason to not get out and shoot
Easy explaination and setup. Going to use this on the next shoot. #NewSubscriber Thx
awesome!
love the work!
Very nice
This is amazing brother ❤❤❤
It looks very good and inspiring 😮
Thanks!

that's a great point! good one
0:03 oh I thought you are going to use these cameras 😅 but you used cine cameras... thanks for this video tho..
gets you nearly the same result!
very interesting :)
Why all the pauses from interview to drone shot, its so awkward lol
To show off the footage and because the actual “interview” is made up content lol
Awkward? LOL, it's standard practice. It helps spice up the visuals, it helps illustrate the context, it helps control the pace of the interview (giving breaks for the viewer stop and process what he just heard before), and it stops it being just a static talking head interview.
If it's noticeable that means the edit was not smooth as it should be. Or else you would never notice it.

You can always rent. There's no need to buy if you don't use them for work.

@@tjorvijons so just looking for ideas
Doing it like I did it in this video would probably go a long way!
Niice but please dnt tell thats easy because you just condensed several years of practice into 5mins and new comers will think its easy but its not 😊
Well, I tried to showcase how "easy" it is if you master a few of these moves!

Сейчас Айфон так снимать умеет, смысл это все городить? Netflix просто заставляет вас тратить деньги.
Love it!
thanks!
