அனைத்து இயக்குனர்களும் இது போல் இளையராஜாவை வைத்து முதல் படம் எடுத்து பின் வேறு இடம் சென்றால் அவர் மேலும் பல இசை தொகுப்புகள் படைதிருப்பார். குடும்பத்துடன் நேரம் செலவிட்டு இருப்பார். ராஜா புதிய இயக்குனர் என்றால் உடனே ஓத்து கொள்வார் என்று தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சொல்லி இயக்குனர்கள் அவரை அனுகுவர்கள். அவர் இசை என்றால் பூஜையின் போதே படம் உடனே விற்று விடும். இதுதான் ஒருவரை உபயோக படுத்துவது என்பது. சினிமா உலகம் பற்றி தெரிந்துதான் அவர் முதலில் இருந்தே மனிதர்களை விலகி இசையை அருகில் வைத்து கொண்டார். Chitra sir is saying repeatedly 'Uzhavan Magan' instead of "Uzhavan"..Uzhavan Magan is another film in which Vijayakanth acted and directed by Arvindaraj.. Need to be careful when you claim you are an authority in tamil cinema having been in the cinema for such a long time. If it happens once it can be treated as slip of tongue but saying it repeatedly is no excuse Sir.
He appears to lack originality in film making. He had been influenced by too many cine directors' styles . That probably evidences the fact that he could direct only a few films of which only a couple of films turned out to be successful.
Every director is inspired/influenced by many writers and directors. He is very talented and one of the finest directors in the industry. I think his character is quite unique and can't gel with everyone..That may be one of the reason for his short career.
