OMG, I have been looking for this specific answer for some time now. This video just popped up in my suggestions. So grateful for that. Also, if I wouldn't know better, i'd say this man is another version of Rupert Spira. The way he sits and contemplates things before speaking; his entire manner...It's like listening to all the divine goodness bestowed upon us by someone with a French accent instead of an English accent; but otherwise they're one. Never mind, I probably watched too many of Rupert Spira's videos lately. Still, I am very grateful to have found out about Francis Lucille here today. If he has more videos, I will probably start binge watching his now as well,. I am so thirsty for knowledge and self-awareness these days; it seems as if something is literally pushing me into digging deeper and getting to the source/truth of it. It's a beautiful feeling but also comes with a sense of restlessness that keeps me searching for more. So much love, peace and happiness to every single being who rads these words. Please don't think Francis has some universal and correct answer to a completely unanswerable question. He has a set of descriptors he uses which may or not jibe with your own. The Universe is entirely subjective, which means we individually create our own realities. He knows this and I'm sure you do as well. The point of comments is to exercise your right to free speech and your own beliefs, just as you and I have done. If you don't like the comments, you can always stop reading....

What, exactly, is a feeling? Part of our Conscious Awareness Creation. Part of our programming? We were told what we were feeling all our lives just the rest of our programming.

Body/Mind = Parvath/Shiva (can not be separated, the eternal couples)
Subtle Body/Mind = Saraswathi/Brahma or Bharathi/Vayu (Can not be separate, the eternal couples)
=> The "I am that" feeling
=> aka "kshara" JIVAs -> aka destructible. Note: Some selective ones e.g. Vayu even when destroyed are yet "self-aware". Vayu=the breath.
=> The Anitya (impermanent in space or time)
Consciousness including all Prakriti ( all of the manifestations of ANY kind including the mental/subtle things like the word/Vedanta/alphabet, etc.) = Sri/Bhu/Durga (aka Lakshmi)
=> The "I am this" indestructible feeling
=> the "akshara" -> aka indestructible, the one that always resides in knowingness/insight. i.e., the "WORD" (yes word not world). The Nitya in all space/time. By the way, the ancient alphabet of Sanskrit starts with AA and ends with KSHA, so indestructibility is tied to the alphabet as well, i.e, the spoken word is never lost)
=> The Nitya (permanent in ALL of space and time)
The one beyond all of this, the only independent one, the only "unknowable", the "unexplainable", the unfathomable.
=> the unknown source that should exist because all others feel "being created", so there is a creator.
The one beyond "Shara"/"Akshara" -> the one Nisarga Dutta says he sees as beyond consciousness
=> God, Vishnu, Narayana. Vishnu (that which pervades atomically everywhere), Narayana (the one that permeates in all sentience, the one without any faults=Sat+Chit+Ananda, etc.)
Note: The Narayaana in both Advaita (Sanakara)/Dwaita (Madhva), Jain, and Buddhism (Buddha mentions he is a manifestation of). The Narayana is symbolized in Rama/Krishna, Outside Shaolin, Angkor Wat.
Consciousness and god (Lakshmi/Narayana) are also eternal couples (can not be separated)
In simple terms ->
all that is perceived and destructible is a concentration of one form of transient energy (including the most potent form, the breadth, the thread) + all that is indestructible is a concentration of another permanent energy (material transformation, the reality that is hearing these words right now, from Francis, etc.)
-> All of these are a "dot" in comparison to the only single truth that is beyond us -> "Vishnu" or any other name of God.
