Schindler elevator ARD how to rescue a stuck passenger. Automatic rescue device operation

This video shows how the automatic rescue device inside Schindler elevator 3300IN can be operated to rescue someone stuck. I bought Schindler's elevator but unfortunately, it is not functional since installed (5 months) because the Schindler elevator does not work with a voltage stabilizer. In India, it is hard to get an area where all three-phase have proper voltage (May be in very few places).
But when you ask Schindler for the solution they don't have a good option. They suggest to get the line voltage corrected, which is not in our control..
In my opinion, Schindler should come forward to help customers for resolving the issue and gain customer satisfaction.
