True, although if you dive and follow Engineer Sam Onyango story he complains that they mix engineers with casual designers who built the panels and could not configure the moderate weight of the vehicle's.

The idea of good dictators worked in Asia, unfortunately our dictators in Africa were corrupt and beholden to selfish imterests rather than the nation
