“Chunkin’ and Windin’” was the perfect theme song for Hank Parker’s Outdoor Magazine, which ran for two seasons in the mid-eighties. The song is catchy and easy to remember, and it also has a great beat that is perfect for fishing. Eddie Reasoner really knew how to capture the essence of the fishing experience with his music. This song always makes me want to grab my pole and tackle and head out to the lake.👍

@@kevinamack6 Me too! I moved from California to Tennessee three years ago and live next to Old Hickory Lake. My neighbor came to our yard sale the other day and told me he wrote and sang Chunkin' and Windin".....it was Eddie Reasoner! I was in complete disbelief! He invited me fishing......I have had this song in my head for 45 years.....When I hear this song it takes me back to my early days of watching fishing shows on the weekends and fishing as much as I could. I am a lucky dog!
