i took your “10 pm mistakes” and enjoyed it so much, i am now your acolyte! i have a co-worker who is such a bully, but a productive one. i’ve come to accept they are good at their job and that is why they stay on. i just let them be now and only interact when needed. i used to let their attitude impact me, now i just IGNORE IT and that is the best strategy for me.
Does it REALLY matter? Do the difficult people in your life NEED to be changed? I emphasized the words that stood out to me. Yours is certainly a more balanced approach than the, "you must put every naughty person in their place" line of thought.
