How about if we want to add a thunderstorm effect? For example, we want to take a photo that has a sky in it and add a thunderstorm to that sky? Or maybe we have an indoor photo and we want the thunderstorm to show up through the windows. Does PhotoVibrance have additional animation effects, such as the lightning thunderstorm effect that I mentioned?

Maybe one day Vibrance will support layers so that you can have foreground, middle, background, sky and whatever else... so that you can animate photos at the layers level.

Is there an app with a way to create a light flickering effect, like for example the outside of Creepy house or gas station with the lights on the inside flickering, along with the street lights etc. Sorry I'm good at editing just only so much I can do with my phone, but hoping there are apps like this for phones as well.

My app stopped working, i try to publish/download the video, and it doesn't work. What it saves in the folder cannot even be opened, it seems to stop rendering part way and the screen of the app goes blank.
Can you use this program to make peoples eyes blink and make their head move back n forth?
