Yes so true. We as nyab hmoob we have way too much on our shoulder and when we get to hit up the gym we r way to tried to workout. It’s hard being a nyab hmoob in general.
Too much expectation. At the end, they don't even love you anyways. No matter what you do, it wasn't good enough in their eyes.
The expectations are too high. We aren't servants like how they treat and expect us to be. We are to be their equal, but they have no respect for us women.

Nothing wrong with it, Stacey Yang. It never hurt to look good for yourself or to take care of yourself. As long as you do it for nobody but yourself. Our inner self esteem is very tie to our physical look as well, esp for women because society everywhere around the world judge us the most on that. I usually see ugly old ladies that does nothing to help improve themselves bitter the most vs those that take charge of themselves to feel better inside and out.
Yep...I just got my breasts done for me. Working out has left me breastless, it's all about confidence and goals. Never wait until a man destroys you to look good...do it for yourself.

I am with u on this! I have no shame when it comes to plastic surgery and if others have issues about you, its cuz they be jealous only.
