I don't know, we can't just neglect both how both affects and boosts one another. we know that the queen's specialty is dps in a 1v1, so frozen + invisivility is really a huge clutch for her. Since the King's specialty is dps + durability, Giant Gauntlet with rage or vampstache is the perfect combination for him.
I say that they're equally good for each other if paired with the best combination for it, but as a single item only, Giant Gauntlet takes it hugeee.
