I got a sample from nordstrom yesterday and spray it at first sniff I was like hmmmnn ???I left at the mall let it settles 45 minutes later I came back and bought a full bottle of it yes I like it !!on my skin it lasted 6 to 7 hours on my skin then it turns to skin scent but I liked it .
@@stansmith5610 means I took it back. My 23 yo daughter also said it stinks like straight BO and she can pick out notes in most of my fragrances. Very sad about this.
Have worn edt for years so i had to try it. I also have profondo and i feel this edp kind of falls in between the original edt and profondo, but definitely like it better than profondo. I'll wear the edp when I want to stand out more and edt when I just want to smell fresh under the radar
I really like the edt but I'd hate to smell like someone else. Hopefully this is unique enough while still being great when it hits the markets in my country.
What he's saying is totally true. It's nothing like the original it's a different scent. It lasts long. If u like it go ahead. I'll be the old fashioned mtfaker and I'll stay to the original or profumo. ❤

I know some people will laugh at this, but I found an $8 bottle of cologne from Walmart that's supposed to be inspired by aqua di Gio, and I'm telling you it smells identical.

Hi Steven ! Have it already. Beautiful flanker and indeed has more longevity but not beast mode. The best of the scent comes in the dry down, awesome! Will love a more stronger sillage in next batches, so by now will let it maturate. Great work on this fragance yet to be a favorite unless I gain some stronger sillage. To be this is a more mature version of the OG. I don’t really care for it and there is something slightly off putting with it. The OG is better…. Profumo, Profondo and absolute are the best and can go toe to toe with any other fragrance line

I'm so disappointed with the new one .. original was just perfection. Even EDP is weak, I feel it projects 5cm, I can only smell it leaning my nose to my skin after 1hr.

I'm sorry but it doesnt take time to figure out that it is different. It is way different! It doesnt hold a light to the original. The name is aqua and it lacks that compared to the original. It does not even last like the original. I disagree, you should not waste your money. You might aswell get a totally different cologne, instead of this sort of ( nice try but no cigar ) wanna be copy cat. This smells like Aveda products.. Yes yes yes. Aveda products. Aveda, Aveda, Aveda! No wow factor! Honestly I'm disappointed.
It does smell somewhat similar to Atlantique but to me this one is not as salty and pungent. I LOVED Atlantique for the first few days I bought it but then started to get the "egg" smell. I kinda pick it up a bit with Aqua di Gio EDP, but not to the same extent.
Reformulations, endless flankers, it's all designed to steal your money. 99% of designer fragrances are lackluster and disappointing, that's why you have to own so many to wind up with one you like. So this is just another yawn flanker that will get talked up because of its pedigree.
I got this last week, personally, I find it a worthy successor to the original. I loved it at first smell, and that doesn't happen a lot anymore

I bought the 200ml for 104 Euros with goodypack. Can't wait to go fresh! If its lacking performance i spray more a day for this price.

My favorite was acqua Di gio essenza! Now sadly discontinued👎 so I might switch to this one! Cheerio🥂

Lasts me 2 hours and that’s after ten sprays. It’s nice to hear that it lasts longer on others at least. Great scent but the performance is lacking

I totally get a "clean" Profumo vibe, but also a strong Profondo similarity after a few hours.
I love the OG and current re formulation is such a let down due to performance . I have to try this one and hope it’s the same …
The og back in 2000 was a totally different fragrance it was so good

This is a more aquatic version of the fougereish Profumo.
