Maarten Bruinenberg ties a great tarpon fly. This pattern has so much movement they just can't resist this one! @ Jake, it's a cheap Chinese cape that looked nice so I picked it up... Looks at lot like a cree color... Look for a cape that has large/wide feathers... expensive dry fly capes aren't what you want fot these flies.
