He says the defendant found condoms in his nightstand, so she destroyed his apartment and stole his jewelry. He’s suing for damaged property and stolen jewelry. The defendant argues they were in a relationship and even lived together. She admits she damaged his apartment, but insists she returned the jewelry. She’s countersuing for the cost of a camera.
