- The plaintiff’s daughter has children with the defendant. She says the defendant is violent and an alcoholic, which has negatively influenced the woman’s grandson. The plaintiff claims her grandson, the defendant’s son, beat his mother and even almost died from alcohol poisoning. She’s suing for childcare expenses. The defendant admits his son assaulted the plaintiff’s daughter twice, but he’s told the plaintiff and her daughter for years to get help for the son. He says he never agreed to pay her for anything.

Not that easy. The dad called the cops clearly they didn’t do anything about it.
She can go after either of them for the money. 💰
Because the dad, Paul, claimed the son in his taxes and never let the grandmother claim him, even though he paid no expenses for him throughout the year. She could have been paid for caring for taking care of her grandson, but he wanted to be greedy. This is what greed gets.
Another mother taking up for there daughter no accountable for her. She just does not like him.

Some how I believe that the gma and mother kept dad out of that kid's life because they thought they knew what was best for him and dad being an idiot , went along with it. The man fumbled this case and lost
I believe the mom and grandma been enabler to the kid. And probably talking bad about dad and now he is out of control now y'all want dad to step it up . At some point the kid better get help before it's to late going around beating up on folks ain't good for the future it only ends in jail or He.l ijs. I hope the Lil kid gets the help he needs sounds like he is broken from a dysfunction home . 😮 .Kids needs love to ok. 🙏🙏
@@MashellMashell-o5y true but I don't think either cared about the kid. The mom or whatever she was just wanted money,and the dad didn't want custodial rights bc he didn't wanna be responsible for what he did..sad case all the way around.

The kid is not a toddler, he's 17! why not bring him to court and he coulda cleared up who was lying real quick.

So she's saying he's never been part of his son life, but she got caught lying about him suggesting counseling and living with the father part time. Then she says the son came over there butt ass naked with nothing. She says he never was in his life, but he was outside beeping the horn to pick up the son or mother. She's trying to use her grandson as a pawn because she doesn't like him. How is his alcoholism wearing off on the son but he's been getting drunk in your house for 5 years with no interaction. They're calling him an alcoholic but he says he hasn't drank in eight years because he can't and they go on to say his liver is perforated which means he can't drink. So if he's been sober 8 years, but the child has been with her for "4 or 5" then how is his alcoholism wearing of on the child? She lied so many times; I think the ruling in this one is wrong, the defendant just wasn't speaking clearly and that annoyed an impatient Mathis, despite the plaintiff getting caught in multiple lies.
