You should get a feedback after your interview within 24 hrs or at most within a week. After passing the interview your employer will send you your contract and offer letter to read, sign and send back to them then they will start processing your Certificate of sponsorship and you still preparing to do your TB test and other blood tests if required by your employer in preparation for your visa application

Thanks. If you want to work in the hospital you have to tell your agency to look for hospital jobs for you or you can search for them yourself and apply. Check out Jobs.nhs.uk for job openings. The interview questions will be hospital based scenarios. I didnt apply for a hospital job so I cant really say what the questions will be like but it shouldn't be different from the type of interview questions we are used to back home in Nigeria.
I'm guessing they will mostly comprise of nursing management of some disease conditions/ your response as a nurse during an emergency situation.

Please I have a question, in a situation where a carer refuses to work or carry out a task assigned to them, what do you do as a nurse?

In that situation you have to report to your manager, you have the right to discipline her. Refusing to do her task is insubordination and it has to be tackled immediately otherwise other carers will start disrespecting you.
