Especially the Hacker Cheater one because in that room you can see the VIP NPC model which wasn't used in the game at all. Not to mention the Jesus one turning into a devil, that was very spooky.

Its not really a mod, its an official sequel to the original counter strike. Deleted scenes was originally an actual part of Condition Zero developed by Ritual, but it was completely dropped after getting average reviews. It was then later released by Valve as a separate game called condition zero: deleted scenes. This video also includes the bonus levels, which are available on the steam version.
Personally, this game for me is just the plutonia and TNT of doom 2, a game to fill shelves for some time so they can have time on releasing a new Big game
