How is your shoulder extension mobility? Usually when the hips are low it's due to a lack of shoulder extension. I also recommend to practice with something soft on your feet/legs until you learn around 10 rounds. For example you can put kneepads on your feet and knees, or something soft and slippery in order to be able to slide softly without hurting yourself.
Hey Kaio. I'm having trouble with getting my left leg higher. I spin counter clock wise. So I try to kick into the air with my left leg to get myself around to the starting position. But I my foot just scrapes on the floor.
Hey! you shouldn't kick your leg in the air until you master multiple rounds. It's better if you slide your feet on the floor at first, when you master multiple rounds start kicking in the air and it will come spontaneously :)
Dude you are awesome!!!!! How tall are you? I'm 6'0 and multiple flares are frustrating 😤. Some days I can hit multiple, but mostly just 2. For some reason when my right leg goes under, it's hard to bring it back around
I'm 177cm, I don't know in U.S. how tall it is. But I have seen way taller people than me doing crazy flares, so it doesn't really matter. Keep practicing, focus on the exercises and the basics and train it on a slippery floor with slippery shoes or socks :)

I must try it, when i do a flare My left ankle always get hurts maybe because my hips are to low? at most i can do 4 times

If my legs bend when im trying to drag my legs to do continuous, can I straighten them when I get better?
