Visit OptOutPrescreen.com or call 1-888-5-OPTOUT (1-888-567-8688) to opt-out for five years or permanently.
2. Register on the National Do Not Call Registry
Adding your number to the Do Not Call Registry can significantly reduce telemarketing calls:
Register at DoNotCall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone number you want to register.
3. Use Call Blocking Apps
Consider using call-blocking apps or services provided by your phone carrier to block unwanted calls.
4. Ask Telemarketers to Remove You from Their List
