    It is amazing. My favorite, best food of Singaore. Which is soooo difficult to decide. But somehow, it is addictive and yoummy.

    He seasoned the minced pork which he used as filling for the dumplings. Does he use the same seasoned minced pork as topping? It is hard to see.

    I am not Singaporean so it is a bit confusing with some of the ingredients' name but the show is really nice

    What kind of Black Vinegar is good and works? (for making Bak Chor Mee or other noodle-toss-dressings)
    I got regular Chinese ChinKiang black vinegar from the Asian store yesterday. Of course, I couldn’t find any Malaysian nor Singaporean brand vinegars. Will ChinKiang work for Bak Chor Mee?

      Look for the zhejiang vinegar 浙醋 which is sour based. Avoid the sweet based vinegar that is usually meant for the dish pig trotter vinegar

      No need to fry fish cake. You cook it in the water.
