Downfall Of Pokemon Trading

As a kid pokemon trading was one of my favorite aspects of the series. but to me at least it's experienced a bit of a downfall. what do you think?

I experienced Pokemon Home months ago when I was trading pokemon from GO to Legends Arceus and this service is really super bad. The Switch version is basically a wasteland of features and the mobile version was nothing to brag about. Wonder Box tooking way too long, useless stuff like Calender and stickers, confusing Home Points service etc.
There is plenty bad to be said about this crap man.

Holy crap I know! Especially the werid trade rooms on the mobile version. I did one the other day and I was just completely confused and baffled that that was even a thing. Glad to know that someone feels the same out there 👍

You mean editing software or editor? Cuz I use Adobe Premiere and I still edit all my stuff. Just kinda sick of titanfall.

Got to 600 subs just using just photo editor I think I can do a bit better with something else lol.

@@skyeflame7 dam tho a photo editor? That's gotta be pretty rough. If you want to look into Premiere if you've got the Cash or another free editing software to learn it's up to ya.

@@Saltycoolkid10169420xdxdxdxd those are not microtransactions in home and banks case they are just for storing Pokemon its not a big deal and POGO is not main series which i did specify

Yea, Genning pretty much destroyed any sense of rarity and the fact GameFreak gives them away.
Part of it is the player base freaks out when games don’t feature a way to capture all the ones they missed previously.

Yup it sucks cuz there is potential here for a really good trading system. However GameFreak or The Pokemon company doesn't see that. Also I think with the rise of competitive battling they wanted a way for everyone to be able to have somewhat of a fair standing when building their teams.

@@Saltycoolkid10169420xdxdxdxd LoL well, I think that allowing Rampant Genning/Cloning wasn’t the answer, I also think they are terrified to “reset,” their system and try to conquer the problems and hacks people have developed.
I think what they have is fine, for now, but hopefully there will come a day where purists and GameFreak can see eye to eye in mutual respect.
