    Nihal resigned because he has only one move left ...Ke7 after which Andreikin's move of Nc6+ forking the black King and his Rook on a5 is a simple win for white.

    This game shows that even if Nihal was better at some time, experience of Andreikin (self control of Andreikin and his clock control - never under 5 seconds on Nihal's turn - and setting a lot of traps in the endgame) was what decides of the game. Keep it on Nihal, one day you'll beat them all !

    • @kevgarp3
      @kevgarp3 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Also, just in case you didn't know, when there's a winner, the kings are placed at the middle of the board each of them in a square of the same color as the winner's (the game shown in the video ends with both kings at white squares because white won). That's how a victory is signaled on the board.

    NIHAL is careless on endgame ...suppose a drawish game...
    He must steady on the safe move instead.
    Hence, Andreiken is a defensive mode player....
    Very cautious to do an attack unless form a SOLID defense first...
    The key to beat carlsen..
    EXPERIENCED Andreiken is an advantage to beat less experienced Nihal ..who is a very
    Agressive player on attack mode...
    Lesson ....never tried to do unsure move to win a drawish game agaisnt a high rated gm like andreiken...
