Difference between uv420 and normal blue cut lens

This shows the difference between the two types of lenses. Normal blue cut lens does not give optimum uv protection as shown in the video. The photochromic lenses change at the back shows that UV and blue are still able to penetrate through normal blue light lenses.

Screen doesn't emit UV. Sun emits UV. U shud wear 420uv when going out.
Computer emits blue light which disturbs ur bodys circadian rythm or the sleep cycle.
So buy lenses that block blue light.
