Screen doesn't emit UV. Sun emits UV. U shud wear 420uv when going out. Computer emits blue light which disturbs ur bodys circadian rythm or the sleep cycle. So buy lenses that block blue light.

2nd generation computer lens was far above the lower glass comparing to the 1st lens..
Man blue purple coated lens allows essential blue light if the quality is good.
