As a fellow Airman to another, I feel like your videos have made an impact on thousands of peoples lives. About the same time me and you both came in there wasn't a lot of air force videos explaining what we actually do. That has all changed now because what you have been doing. Even though you may not get the praise for your work on a supervision level just know a lot of your peers have been watching you throughout the years and are really proud of what you have been doing. I was stationed on Kinser '97'-'98. Oki is beautiful. I loved exploring the castles and shrines. The Okinawan people were always friendly and kind. Truly touched my heart. I watched it all the way through. All I have to say is you guys really helped me through a rough 2 years of my life. My goals have been destroyed one by one through stomach illness and sleep deprivation. From going to a certain college to being recently disqualified from service (that broke my heart.) I will continue to create and obtain new goals as I continue to trek on. I have since then recovered from the illness, and created several new goals. I will graduate with a music education degree, and then attempt to join the military again (maybe things will be different and I will get a waiver this time.) I will have to audition for every opportunity in every branch and see which one (if any) will get me a waiver. In the meantime, I have a goal to score a 300 on the marine PFT before I attempt to get such waivers. So thank you again for inspiring me to trek through life again.
He has a lucky shift man. If y'all are wondering how's in the army.. get up at 5am for pt and work till 5-6pm or some mos work till 8pm. It's similiar in the AF. It depends on the job

It would be _really_ tough to show him actually doing his job without jumping through a ton of hoops, a ton of paper work, and approval from a ton of different networks, just because of security reasons.
it may depend on where you're stationed, especially overseas where you might need authorization is some areas but most of the time you will be able to live off base. Privatized housing in my experience is a scam and will treat about the same as an apartment complex.

Epileptic Kangaroo If your serious about it talk to a recruiter but remember that their job is to get you to join so they may make it seem more glamorous than it is. You can also join your JROTC program if your school offers it
Jackson Dunn I'm 15 (even though you may be 15 now as well) and I'm planning on doing the CAP Cadet program. JROTC prepares you to be an officer. I'm probably also going to start trying to run a little so over the years I can run well, rather than trying to hardcore work out for a few months. Also doing any other air camps (summer mainly) will probably help. This is just what I'm doing so I don't make myself look like a fool at BMT though. Truly the AF will take anyone as long as you score above like a 30 (I think) on the ASVAB but if you want the better jobs you'll need at least a 60 if not higher. In my opinion you can balance school really well with whatever else, since it's over a few years you can prepare very slowly and do it all. Aim high bro! 🇺🇸

Join the AFJROTC (if your school has it), do good in school and don't think about it too much and have fun!

Jackson Dunn I'm 15 (even though you may be 15 now as well) and I'm planning on doing the CAP Cadet program. JROTC prepares you to be an officer. I'm probably also going to start trying to run a little so over the years I can run well, rather than trying to hardcore work out for a few months. Also doing any other air camps (summer mainly) will probably help. This is just what I'm doing so I don't make myself look like a fool at BMT though. Truly the AF will take anyone as long as you score above like a 30 (I think) on the ASVAB but if you want the better jobs you'll need at least a 60 if not higher. In my opinion you can balance school really well with whatever else, since it's over a few years you can prepare very slowly and do it all. Aim high bro! 🇺🇸
