I got mine from a pack at my grocery store I just picked the leaves off the bottom and threw it into a cup with some water. Once it started growing roots I potted it up. And it's taken off!!! It started as a sprig and it's turned into a small bush!
Each time I have used thyme in a dish I have cooked, I have thrown 99% of it away! What a horrible taste! The only other tastes that I can liken it to are curries. Also inedible!

Like other aromatic herbs and plants Thyme comes with it's own unique medicinal properties that are similar to Oregano, Black Seed Oil and others...
